It seems like there are more and more coming 3 in 1 feeder forum free year. I start in Sept with 60 bags of corn and it lasts until the beginning of summer. I am also putting out corn at home until Dec.
Anyone else putting out corn outside of hunting season? Re: Do you feed them through the year? ALL year 3 in 1 feeder forum free And even Big Uglies that you don’t really want!! And then there’s the case if firum don’t feed year round, then there’s nothing to eat year round!! However, I do understand that in some localities it is illegal to offer wild animals “free food”!!

It is a lot less 3 in 1 feeder forum free in the long run also. We don’t get 3 in 1 feeder forum free up with a lot of snow here.

DNR cracks down pretty hard on people because they 3 in 1 feeder forum free for reeder feed corn, and since it is not normally available to deer at the hardest times during the year it is considered dangerous to their digestive system. If the deer eat your plants, that’s okay.

On my hunting club property that I’ve had leased for 24 years I feed corn before deer season and a couple months after season to see which ones actually made it.

But at the same time, fprum your close to a yard, if that’s even a thing where you are, and your fortunate enough to be able to watch them year round, I’d probably feed them a bit.

They are alot more thinking about than just going out with the snacker though and man and beast need to learn the best way with them. I use them for feeding barley in the backend to gimmer lambs when the grass is gone and are on haylage, or on rough pasture etc. They are then trained for the rest of there life if i need to use it. Havent used it for protein pellets yet people seem to have more problems when they start feeding pellets.
Some people locally say they get on ok with them inside, i found i was till they really got onto them and then started gorging themselves. Energy conservation. I was to excited to try it so I didn’t even charge it and the camera lasted for 4 days before I gave it its first charge! The sleep setting is a great tool for setting a schedule and conserving the battery life as well. The image is very clear, even with the camera at the very edge of my wi-fi signal.
I live in they country and have the chicken’s pretty far from my house but I can still watch them in real time and HD. Nightvision is clear and appreciate the ability to use white light in case I do need to see in color into the coop at night time. Sound quality is good and I do occasionally use the speech button to talk to the chickens. They like to hide and so I call to them to see where they come running from. My friend’s little girl loves to watch the chickens before bed and she talks to them like they are best friends.
Motion detection is on point and I appreciate that I can lock out certain pixel areas of the screen for the camera to not trigger. There are several things in the coop that move from the wind that otherwise would set the motion detection off when it doesn’t need to.
I mainly rely on motion detection in the early morning to know when the chickens are getting up, or at night to make sure a predator doesn’t try to get in for a late night snack. Alarm setting is available but not something that I intend to use. I will say that if someone does utilize it, the alarm is nice and loud. Finally the AI feature is really unique.
I first tried the camera out on my front porch and it did a fairly good job of recognizing people, and different types of finches and cardinals that come up to my feeders. Down near the chickens it is inaccurate, but that doesn’t bother me simply because they are young chickens constantly growing and moving so i can see how it would be difficult to consistently identify them. I am amazed by the AI recognition feature of Birdfy. It detects the coming birds and let me know the name of the birds.
Whenever I want, I just open the Netvue app and take a look. It is much a better experience with birdwatching. I love it a lot! Eventually got my Birdfy Feeder Cam setup on a snow day! Highly recommend if you are looking for a backyard smart bird feeder camera. I think my birds love this. They come and go. Birdfy tells me what type of birds are coming with time stamp.
It is just so amazing. Enjoy this a lot in the early spring snowy day It also always gets rid of the Pesky Squirrels!! My only regret is that the Person who I originally Purchased this for sadly passed away two weeks ago but we have decided to donate this Birdfy to his young family that are left after this tragedy.
